This collection of global maps provides the projected presence probabilities of 374 Single-cell and Metagenome Assembled Genomes (SMAGs) from Delmont et al. (2022). They are projected using 10 year average ensemble climatologies (CMIP5) in the present day (2006-15) and in the future (2090-99, RCP8.5).
